• Operate the
  yeast propagation system, control yeast recovery, scrapping additives
  control as per the laid down procedures.
• Operate the beer
  cellars plant, wort receiving, fermentation; beer racking and storage
  measuring, interpreting and communication.
• Measure quality
  at source and initiate corrective action for deviations.
• Ensuring Lab
  samples are .collected properly, labeled, stored submitted for analysis.
• Actively
  participate in problem solving.
• Participate in
  plant autonomous maintenance.
• Housekeeping
  & Safety- Ensure the right house keeping all the time
• Perform any
  other duties, which may be assigned from time to time by the quality
  specialist

• The applicants
  should hold a Diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or Any
  Science Based course
• They should be
  self-motivated, result and detail-oriented.
• Be ethical, and
  a good team player.
• Excellent spoken
  and written English language and computer skills.
• Highly
  innovative and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Keeps abreast of
  new developments in own occupation/profession; actively seeks to develop
  oneself professionally and personally.
