Job Scope:
• Managing a team of 6-8 Field Technicians and 2 Mechanics
• Follows the market evolution in the Singapore, identifies new opportunities and new clients requirements to recommend potential strategic investments to the management,
• Leads proposal efforts and identifies new opportunities within a tender
• Identifies add on sales opportunities as project matures, at either pre or post contract phases;
• Manages the project team dynamics to ensure a harmonious and productive working atmosphere,
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project in close coordination with the other teams within the Country/Region and with the customer,
• Creates and executes project plans, revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements,
• Assures project execution in the best economically and financially way
• Develops and achieves the annual operating plan in line with corporate and regional goals and objectives,
• Analyses and appraises the effectiveness of the operations to ensure that established objectives are met, corporate policies observed, and prompt corrective action taken if necessary,
• For services quoted and delivered locally, makes sure that engineering, technical and quality assurance programs for services and customer’s quality standards,
• Handles the site administration (accounting, legal, payroll, etc.) to comply with internal procedures & local rules
• Selects, evaluates, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives,
• Sets personal objectives, provides fair and constructive feedback
• assesses accurately employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization, and ensures training & development needs are addressed
• Develops a positive team dynamics to ensure high performance

Requirements:
– Fluent in English,
– Good commercial and interpersonal skills,
– Strong organisational skills,
– Frequent travel is required for this position.
– Engineering master degree or equivalent, combined with min 5-7
years of Oil&Gas related operations experience, preferably in a
service centre, including at management level.
