Responsibilities:
• meeting and greeting visitors of all levels of seniority
• maintaining and organizing mgt. diaries and making appointments
• dictation of minutes during board meetings/management meetings
• preparation and drafting of documents, official letters, reports, etc
• organizing and attending meetings, ensuring all meeting materials are in order
• implementing and maintaining office systems, data and file management, etc.
• assit and work closely with the management
• involved in decision-making processes
• HR policy and system review on company’s corporate structure
• Oversee HQ staff attendance, administration, IT department and HQ budget cost planning and ISO
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / GCE ‘A’/ Diploma academic qualifications with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, PSC is a PLUS
• ablility to take minutes is a MUST
• Well-versed in English and Chinese is a MUST
• Candidate must have good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to start within short notice period is an ADVANTAGE
• Candidate must be an independent individual as well as a good team player
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Organized, highly professional, able to conduct all activities with a high degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
