Malaria Consortium
has received funding from USAID/PMI to implement a 5 year project; The Malaria
Action Program for Districts (MAPD). This project will aim to prevent and
control malaria illnesses and deaths i
n order to minimize the social economic
effects of the disease among the overall population of Uganda and especially in
children under 5 years of age. The project began in August 2016, and will cover
43 districts with a total population of more than 13 million.

Administration which will be located in their MAPD project
offices in Kampala.
