Ltd has introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working
in the Private Sector.

• Tasked
  with training needs analysis.
• In
  charge of course and Curricula development.
• Responsible
  for conducting training.
• Tasked
  with training of trainers.
• In
  charge of monitoring and controlling of training in the organisation.
• Monitoring
  and controlling coaching and mentoring in the organisation.
• Formulating
  and implementing training strategies.

• The
  applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field from a
  recognized University.
• Possession
  of a Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
• At
  least five years of related experience in a similar position.
• Computer
  knowledge.
• Must
  possess leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent
  numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent
  interpersonal and communication skills.
