Responsibilities of the Client Services Executive:
– Be a primary point of contact for clients.
– Liaise with other departments and Management companies.
– Provide valuations to the client as required
– Develop knowledge of product base including OEICs, ISAs and PEPs
– Provide subject matter expertise over the telephone on a daily basis
Background of the Client Services Executive:
– Extensive experience in client support/client services/customer services within a financial services environment
– Investment experience highly desirable but not essential
– Experience handling a large volume of inbound queries via the telephone (occasionally complex) from clients/customers
