Job Description:
As a SAP Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP Retail solutions leveraging Retail business knowledge and SAP skills. You will leverage your subject matter expertise towards solution design, build, customization, test and deployment during various client engagements. You will be involved in process design and process improvement activities. Along with leading an international team of consultants and subcontractors, you will conduct workshops and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions as well as ensuring development of functional and technical documentation. You will leverage project management skills to develop detailed task plan towards timely completion of project milestones and manage client relationships and drive consensus on complex business solutions.
Our client has a portfolio of support accounts to which the successful candidate will provide expert SAP Retail consulting advice.
Qualifications and skills required:
Successful candidates will have expertise in the following areas:
• Demonstrated capability to analyze business processes, functional and technical requirements.
• Subject matter expertise in accounting as well as in costing.
• A deep understanding of SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies (such as ASAP).
• Familiarity with SAP Retail reporting in both ECC and SAP BI.
• Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and self-management skills.
• The role is Dublin based but flexibility to travel within Europe as necessary is expected.
• Valid driver’s licence
