We are urgently recruiting Customer Service Agents (Part Time) to join our team based within our prime location in Edinburgh City Centre.
You would be working between Monday to Friday, morning 8am – 12 noon or evenings 5pm – 9pm and at the weekend on a rota basis between 9am – 5pm. This would be for a period of either 5 weeks or 8 weeks.
Please note – training will be 2 weeks full time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm from 16.05.2011.
Job description
Your main responsibility is to ensure that we are the customer’s first choice, by offering the best possible customer service when dealing with telephone calls and emails. You’ll be serving our customers when they have questions regarding their orders, deliveries or any other queries regarding their online shopping.

You will have an interest in fashion, demonstrate good communication skills and a passion for service. You are outgoing and a good team player, although you enjoy working independently as well. We are seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals with team spirit and an ability to use their own initiative. Rising to challenges and managing a high workload are stimulating for you.
