Accountant – Lilongwe
Assist Project team in undertaking financial planning
such as preparing budgets and requests, Prepare and submit all monthly,
quarterly and annual reports related to project finances required by donors and
management within set deadlines, Ensure that all required financial controls in
place are adhered to and maintained at all times, Prepare and examine financial
and other documents for processing and payment, ensuring completeness, accuracy
and validity of financial data, Support preparation and maintaining of accurate
payroll records in accordance with govt rules and regulations

compliance with tax obligations, Administer FAWEMA financial and accounting
procedures and other best practices, Carry out other duties as assigned by

Degree in Accountancy from recognised institution,
Must have at least 5 yrs experience in busy accounting office, Possess
excellent analytical and communication skills, Knowledge of accounting software
packages such as Sage Evolution an advantage, must have good computer literacy
with high proficiency in spreadsheets
