The United States Government,

to Malawi (USAID/Malawi) invites qualified consultants to submit an offer under
the subject solicitation to provide technical assistance to the Secretary of
Treasury

To be considered qualified;
the Consultant must have previous experience working in the fields of Global
Fund programs, HIV/AIDS, Agriculture and Food Security and Government subsidy
programs

The resultant contract will
be a Time and Materials contract for 312 days during 2 yrs period
