Human Resources Officer – Lilongwe – PSI Malawi
Assist the HR Department in implementing best practices and day to day running
of the HR section
Assist in recruiting and induction plans, Prepare for interviews, including
issuing invitations for interviews, making programs for the interviews and
preparation of reimbursements, Prepare draft induction for
all new recruits,
Assist in ensuring that all Personnel files are up to date with all the
required documents, Update staff list on a monthly basis with all staff updates
incorporated, Coordinate preparation and filling of timesheets for submission
to finance on a monthly basis and ensure staff sign for receipt of
payslips on a monthly basis and submit signature sheet to finance
Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with at least 3 yrs of
practical experience in similar position, Experience in human resource
management and appreciations of the Country’s Labour laws and regulations,
Clear understanding of the Social-Economic fabric of the Country, Good grasp of
the cause and impact of HIV/AIDS, current issues pertaining to Malaria and
Child Survival, Reproductive Health and other Social Health issues
in Malawi, Excellent oral and written communication skills and negotiation
skills, Be a self starter, effective team player and demonstrated verifiable
result-oriented track record
