Responsible for providing human resource management and development service in
line with the company’s strategy
Advising management and st
aff on human resources management policies and
ensuring that the human resource unction is carried out effectively,
Coordinating the recruitment, selection and placement of staff in line with the
company policy, Promoting the continual improvement of all human resource
processes, Providing guidance to line managers on all human resource issues
such as recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, employee
awareness and workplace communications, employee benefits and welfare
A degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or Business
Administration from an institution recognised by the company, At least 3 yrs
experience in a similar position in a reputable organisation, Sound working
knowledge of Malawi Labour Legislation
A self-motivated hard worker with ability to motivate employees, Knowledge and
experience in safety Health and Environmental (SHE) practices, God supervisory
and staff development abilities, Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS
Word and Excel, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
