seeking an energetic, aggressive and self-motivated individual to join its team

Will be required to arrange
and maintain insurance protection of the organisation assets

Provide direction and
supervise in underwriting insurance policies for new and existing risks to loan
and savings clients and other potential clients, Processes insurance claims
promptly for external customers and bank’s own claims i.e. Through fidelity
guarantee and money insurance, Manage all aspects of multiple insurance bid processes
simultaneously including working with agents and detailed policy language
analysis, Negotiate effectively with agents to provide the right coverage at
the best price available, Obtain a deep understanding of all insurance programs
available to the banking sector and provide leadership and direction over
implementation of new insurance products, Ensure all new products
implementation are properly documented and timely implemented, Drive insurance
client’s acquisition growth through working with marketing and loan officers,
Ensuring right insurance processes are according to client’s business risks

Chartered Insurance
Professional (CIP) and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Social
Science with above 3 yrs work experience, Knowledge of lending and banking
operations preferred
