Since the inception of its postgraduate programmes, over 4,000 doctors and other professionals have obtained the Master of Medicine (M.Med degree) and Graduate Diplomas in the various specialties and clinical skills.

Manager/ Assistant Manager (Administration)
Responsibilities:
To plan, direct and coordinate the administration of the Division including:
• Establishing and evaluating policies and procedures, including workflow to improve programmes and service quality;
• Managing and overseeing the team of administrative staff in the Division including manpower resource allocation, recruitment, orientation, staff development and training;
• Maintaining an efficient record system;
• Assisting the Divisional Manager in preparing, monitoring, analyzing and reviewing of the Division’s budget, financials, and management reports;
• Overseeing the operational aspects of all finance functions under the Division;
• Overseeing the maintenance and development Division’s website; and
• Assisting in any other duties/tasks as assigned by the Director/Deputy Director/Divisional Manager.
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the relevant areas;
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Possess multi-tasking ability, is meticulous and organized.
