Eligibility:
- The
applicant is required to have a PhD degree in
Communications/Electronic/Electrical engineering, computer science or a
related discipline. Applicant who is close to hand in his/her Ph. D.
thesis may also apply; - Applicant
should possess strong mathematical, analytical and programming skills; - Applicant
must be fluent in English: fluent reading of scientific literature in

must have publications in the scientific journals with the impact factor
