The Malawi Business Coalition Against HIV and AIDS (MBCA) is the
coordination body for the private sector HIV/AIDS response in Malawi.
Established in 2005, the MBCA’s mission is to mobilize, coordinate and advocate
for the development and implementation of HIV and AIDS policies and programmes
that ensure the sustenance of businesses and the lives of employees, their

1.0 POSITION PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chairperson of the MBCA Board of Trustees, the
Executive Director will amongst others be responsible for the overall
leadership and oversight, strategic planning, resource mobilization, partnership
development and sustenance, reporting, financial and human resources management
of the MBCA programme activities. S/he will serve as the primary liaison with
all key stakeholders including MBCA members, donors, the Government of Malawi
and NAC.

2.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.0 BASIC REQUIREMENTS

A minimum
of a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Health,
Social Sciences or any related field from a reputable University.
