Job Specification
A progressive, customer focused pharmacy group is seeking a Retail Manager for this successful community pharmacy.
This Retail Manager role will have you managing the pharmacy efficiently to ensure smooth running of the store. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and performance management of all staff in conjunction with the pharmacist manager. Life/Work balance is offered with hours being predominantly Monday to Friday – leaving the majority of weekend time free.
Experience Required
Pharmacy experience
High knowledge of pharmacy products and
services
High knowledge of general pharmacy
policies and practices and the Pharmacy
Code of Ethics
Excellent communication skills and
leadership ability
Strong organisation and planning skills
