Our client is an international consultancy who has an extensive client portfolio delivering projects across the civil, infrastructure, mining, water and environment sectors. This successful consultancy offers their clients a unique concept to completion project delivery services.
Due to continual company growth, we are now seeking the expertise of a Senior Civil Engineer to be based in either our client’s Gold Coast office.
We are seeking experienced Engineers with proven leadership skills along with a background in the civil infrastructure, roads and/or mining sectors. You will possess civil design, documentation, tender submissions, cost estimates and project management skills.
Position Requirements:
• A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and RPEQ status
• 10+ years engineering design and project management experience in Queensland (within a consulting environment)
• Experience working with residential and industrial infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience working on: roadworks, stormwater drainage, water supply, sewage reticulation design
• Proven knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, local and state government requirements, engineering codes and construction standards
• A knowledge of local and state government requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
