Job Description
*Develop audit strategy and perform risk assessment based on statutory compliance requirements and internal management policies.
*Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with International
* Financial Reporting Standards for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders and statutory bodies.
*Manage a portfolio of companies and ensure effective delivery of all audit and advisory services to companies including accounting and technical matters.
* Develop and maintaining strong external network of business contacts.
* Manage key client relationships and expectations. Preparation of audit for prospective companies.
* Review the work of senior and junior level staff and ensure the quality of the service.
* Collect financial and non financial data to evaluate the performance of the company and update the financial structure for the company.
* Prepare of budget, identify variances and provide solutions and strategies.
* Oversee smooth and efficient running of the Finance Dept. Preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly budgets, evaluate variances and propose remedial actions.
*Perform financial reporting weekly and monthly for internal management. Preparation of management accounts on a monthly basis.
* This includes preparation of Earning reports, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement and Project profitability reports.
*Risk assessment and assurance planning.
*Tax planning, financial management and business viability studies. Corporate governance compliance.
*Planning, controlling and review of financial audits.
*Disaster recovery and contingency planning.
Salary: ACCOMMODATION: Fully furnished house, TRANSPORT: Provided between home and work MEDICAL: 50% Company GRATUITY: 15% on completion of three years contract AIRFARE: To provide any reasonable airfare to India on successful completion
