1.RECEPTIONIST/SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR – NDB HQ
1.1.Job Summary/Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the facilities and Procurement Manager,
the main objectives of this role is to provide efficient and effective service
to both internal and external stakeholders positively influencing customer
experience and perception of National Development Bank’s brand.
1.2.Qualifications
•Certificate in Office Reception or front desk
management related certification
•Certificate in Banking or relevant professional
accreditation will be an added advantage
1.3.Experience
•A minimum of 3 years experience switchboard
operations experience within a Banking/Financial Institution environment.
•Sound working knowledge of front desk
administration
•Banking product knowledge and experience
•Experience of handling high volume calls
