1.HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
1.1.Duties & Requirements
•Overall management of the HR Office, advising and formulating
policies, Employees Management, Dispute Resolution, Recruitment &
Selection, computation of Employees of Terminal benefits and compiling monthly
reports.
•At least 3 years in a similar post.
2.FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
2.1.Duties & Requirements
•Will assist the Duty Manager in ensuring smooth
and efficient on the whole day-to-day operations of the Front Desk including
switchboard and Reservations
•Must be able to provide excellent customer service
•4 years experience in similar position
3.FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
3.1.Duties & Requirements
•Should boast excellent customer services and
proficient in interacting with guests.
•Should be able to supervise waitress, control
stocks and re-order.
•At least 5 years experience in similar position
4.NIGHT AUDITOR
4.1.Duties & Requirements
•Should be able to do shift closing, prepare
reports, balance cash and check posting of charges to respective rooms.
•At least 4 years experience in a similar post
5.RECEPTIONIST
5.1.Duties & Requirements
•Should have extensive background as a switchboard
operator, telephone etiquette and unparalleled customer service skills
•At least 3 years experience in a similar post.
