 PART TIME EMPLOYMENT
VACANCY: BENCH CLERK ASSISTANT – (B5/3)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens of Botswana to apply
for the above post in the Administration of Justice. The positions are tenable
in Gumare Magistrate Court, Ghanzi Magistrate Court and Bobonong Magistrate
Court.
Salary Scale: B5/3 (P 25 308.00 – P 43 176.00) per annum.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Cambridge
Certificate/
BGCSE with
credits in English and Setswana.


Gumare:
Fluency in Sembukushu, Seherero, Seyei, Sesarwa and any other language spoken
in the Gumare region is a prerequisite.
Ghanzi:
Fluency in Sekgalagadi (Sengologa and Seshaga) is a prerequisite.
The candidate must be able to speak atleast four (4) of the following
languages: Seherero, Seqhu, Sekgothu, Sequikho, Senaro, Sekaukau, Afrikaans and
Sekgothu.
Bobonong:
Fluency in Sebirwa and Setswapong is a prerequisite.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To interpret proceedings in court for both civil and criminal cases.
