Job Summary
To manage and coordinate continuous business improvement initiatives,
innovation and business solution design processes through facilitation and use
of appropriate organizational analysis tools.
Requirements
Minimum
Requirements
- Degree
in Any field. - 3
years’ experience, 2 of which should have been in continuous business
improvement, and change management environment.
Key
Activities
- Recommends
and incorporates cost saving initiatives into budgets and controls
expenditure within approved budgets to meet business needs. - Ensures
minimum business disruption by adhering to Business Continuity principles
through taking cognizance of the business process model portfolio and
being able to advice the business of impact of any business process
interface. - Uses
methodical and consistent techniques to facilitate modelling of business
function, processes, information flows and data structures. - Analyses
user requirements, specifies information flows, processes, procedures and
interfaces between process models and their users and recommends
solutions. - Continuously
evaluates the effectiveness of business improvement initiatives that seek
to encourage innovation throughout middle to lower levels of an
organization through: - Continuous
Benefit Tracking - Provision
and improvement of tools - Interpretation
of Business Process Modelling framework, policies and procedures to
Business Partners. - Performing
end user training needs analysis, and recommends appropriate training
programmes. - Attends
tall administrative functions of the position by: - Scheduling
and administering Innovation adjudication sessions to facilitate the
payment process. - Maintaining
and coordinating Business Process Management events by scheduling
strategies/ action plans such as workshops, forums and meetings. - Maintaining
process model database in organizational document repository tensure that
it’s up todate and is accessible tall stakeholders. - Adheres
tall safety, health, and environment policies and procedures in area of
responsibility.
