description
- Provide
organisational support to any projects undertaken by the Company, as
necessary - Respond
to requests for information from other team members - Implement,
maintain and develop efficient and effective administrative systems in the
department - Produce
a variety of complex documents, reports, proposals or literature for
program/project. - Organize
and maintain program/project files and databases - Assist
with monitoring the project budget, scheduling meetings and preparing
presentations - Prepare
correspondence, reports and other documents - The
drafting of regular interval based reports for the executive board - Maintain
office files - Maintain
confidential records and files - Maintain
records of decisions - Monitoring
the progress of various projects and control the flow of documents in and
out - Maintain
accurate records relating to the execution of projects - Any
other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma
in any field - Office
administration or similar qualification would be beneficial - Minimum
5 years previous admin experience required - Computer
literate, competent internet and MS Application such as MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
