MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish
our resorts as destinations of choice for local and international Slots
& Tables Premium Players. - Deliver
world-class personalised service to a culturally diverse gaming target
market. - Identify,
pursue and develop new player relationships. - Liaise
with Slots & Tables Premium Players on a regular basis to maintain
relationships and build loyalty. - Ensure
guest satisfaction before, during and after visits. - Complete
prospecting calls to grow player base. - Propose,
plan and execute special events and promotions. - Travel
Locally/Internationally in order to increase the customer database and
offer a specialised service. - Perform
cost benefit analysis on all specialised Slots & Tables Premium Player
Events to determine the financial impact of such events. - Tasked
with Player Development in the Local and International Markets.
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- O
levels and Sales/Marketing/Hospitality qualification or equivalent. - Minimum
5 years experience in Casino Host Management or in a Marketing, Gaming
Player Development or Operational capacity. - Must
be able to speak English fluently. - Effective
decision making and social skills. - Have
interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. - Work
varied shifts including weekends and public holidays. - Possess
excellent customer service skills. - Knowledge
of Premium Gaming Players (Salon Prive) is essential. - Experience
and knowledge of Local and International Gaming Markets and players
advantageous.
