Botswana has a vacancy for a SHEQ/HR
Officer .The SHEQ/HR officer will report directly to the Plant Supervisor based at Botswana
(Gaborone).
Key
Responsibilities
- Effective management and continuous
improvement of the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety systems
including the Environmental system to ensure full compliant - Effective management and continuous
improvement of ISO9001 & Food Safety systems - Ensure awareness training and
statutory training is carried out - Entrench Health and Safety culture
through visible Management, MDW, BBS, and other Risk initiatives - Administration of monthly payroll
queries for Liquid Botswana through support from HO - Administration of our Kronos time
management system through support from HO - Providing a full human resources
administration function with support from HO
Ideal
Candidate
- BGCSE
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or
equivalent - Al least 3-4 years extensive knowledge on the
management of the Occupational Health and Safety Act - At least 2-3 Management of the ISO9001, Food
Safety Standard and GMP. - 1-2 years ability to navigate system, with
attention to details - Be able to work without supervision, self
driven and work under pressure. - Be able to train other people
- Valid driver’s license and valid passport
