About Farmigo
Our team has built an Internet based system to make Farm Direct and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs easier to run and more profitable. Farmigo is being used by programs across the country to make subscribing to locally grown food more convenient and friendly.
The Role
We are looking for someone who can build and manage Farmigo’s customer support infrastructure. Farmigo is a small start-up with a very big dream of improving our food system. Currently, our development team is located in Israel, while our customers are farms located in the USA. The ideal candidate will manage customer configurations as well as support issues. They will plan & build a scalable support organization that initially manages hundreds of customers but that can scale to manage thousands of customers.
Requirements
* Excellent phone & email communication skills
* 3 years of customer support experience
* 3 years of management experience
* Well versed with Internet (cloud computing) technologies & systems
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
* Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
* A passion for Farmigo’s mission
Responsibilities
* Hands on interaction with customers including managing new customer configurations and customer support questions
* Plan and execute the tools and systems needed to effectively support hundreds of customers. This includes selecting & implementing a customer knowledge base and support ticket system
* Design configuration and support processes to streamline efforts
