NC Programmer – Mastercam Post-Processing Products
Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec, Canada

The candidate’s responsibilities include:

Creating Post-Processing & Machine Simulation Products running behind Mastercam
* Maintain ICAM’s current post-processor & machine tool simulation products
* Produce technical documentation
* On-site consulting and training to ICAM’s customer base
* Train and support official ICAM Dealers
* Travels to end-users sites to perform installation and implementation of quoted items, testing and proving out as deemed necessary

Technical Marketing / Sales Support – Post-Processing & Machine Simulation Products for Mastercam

* Assist Marketing / Sales with quoting implementation services
* Provide expert technical feedback to Marketing / Sales as required
* Remains current with relevant product knowledge & general industry trends
* Product demonstrations, pre-sales support and quality assurance verification
* Participate at international Roadshows, Tradeshows, On-site Visits and Seminars
* Build relationship with specific machine tool / controller builders to acquire pertinent technical specifications
* Telephone and Internet support of ICAM’s Mastercam product suite

Sales Representative
Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue (West Island), Quebec, Canada.

The Ideal Candidate
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and selling to new accounts via telephone and email – some travel may also be required. Responsible for meeting quarterly and yearly goals, the Telesales Representative will be assigned a list of targeted leads, but is expected to acquire new leads by researching companies on the Web, cold calling and other innovative sources.

To succeed in this important position, the candidate must be a natural relationship builder, excellent communicator, and have experience dealing with small and large corporate accounts. The candidate must also be organized, creative, independent, computer literate, and possess a strong telesales ability and personal initiative.

Requirements / Duties
* Telesales experience
* College or University Degree in Business or a related field
* Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in software sales, or related field
* Proven ability to meet sales goals
* Strong spoken and written English
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Contact Management software
* Place phone calls to existing clients to follow-up on services and to promote new products
* Place phone calls to inactive clients to qualify their needs and to offer new solutions
* Cold call potential clients to qualify and set up appointments and on-line demonstration
