Twin Lakes Clinical Services requires a
Full-Time Psychometrist
To conduct psychometric assessments to adults age 18 or older.
This position will be located in Hamilton but travel to Haldimand, Norfolk, Niagara and Brant regions will be required.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conduct clinical observations and administer standardized, psychometric testing
-Analyze data, be the primary author of reports and letters
-Make recommendations in the best interest of clients
-Review test findings and assist with the implementation of recommendations, as necessary
-Work collaboratively with the existing team and other professionals
-Prepare and present seminars and other trainings
QUALIFICATIONS
-The successful applicant must have 1-3 years experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and experience conducting psychometric assessments.
-Masters in Psychology or registration as Psychology Associate is required
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Adequate computer skills
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Demonstrated high level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning and discretion and strong commitment to privacy
