PHYSIOTHERAPIST
TEMPORARY FULL TIME POSITION (coverage for a Maternity Leave November, 2011 to October, 2012)
Our Physiotherapists conduct detailed physical and functional assessments appropriate to the client’s physical status, identify clients’ and caregivers’ needs for interventions, and develop and provide individualized goal-oriented treatment and discharge planning in an evidence-based model of care.
Working closely within an interprofessional team, including rehabilitation assistants, you will provide therapy to adults with functional impairments and multiple co-morbidities in the Neuromuscular, Complex Systems, Transitional Care, Slow-paced Rehabilitation and Palliative Care programs.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, are licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) and eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
