Our rapid growth has created a requirement for a qualified Commercial Account Manager to be based in our Winnipeg office which has responsibility for all of our eastern Canadian operations.
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Challenge:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Banking you are accountable for developing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial relationships. You will draw on your knowledge, experience and lending creativity in building your portfolio. You will experience a strong credit culture focused on risk management, relationships and sales with a consistent emphasis on superior customer service.
Qualifications:
– Undergraduate or graduate degree in business and/or previous experience in business lending
– Results oriented with proven business credit assessment skills
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
– A strong desire to learn, grow and succeed
– Ability to work effectively within a fun and challenging team environment
– Knowledge of Aboriginal banking would be an asset
