MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGISTS – TWO PART TIME
DUTIES:
To perform all functions, including testing, quality control, and instrument maintenance in the core laboratory. Assignment will include a shift rotation including Days, Evening, Nights and Weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Certified with CMLTO in biochemistry, hematology and blood bank.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required when dealing with patients and others.
• Level of physical fitness appropriate for the physical demands of the position.
• Experience in a Rapid Response Laboratory in blood bank, biochemistry and hematology
• Must have a positive work record and good attendance is essential.
The successful candidate must be able to perform their function in accordance with prescribed standards that recognize the priority of Patient Safety and the delivery of the highest standard of Quality Care
