Within
Corporate Administration we are currently seeking a self-motivated, detail
oriented, team player to join us in the position of:

Mail Room
Clerk / Receptionist

Position
Responsibilities:

* Sort and
distribute mail and other mail room duties
* Send courier packages and client mailings
* Meet and greet guests/clients at reception
* Answer telephone, redirect calls, handle general inquiries, etc.
* Coordinate repair and maintenance of various office equipment
* Coordinate information to and from our answering service, cleaning and
building management
* Manage and organize boardroom meetings, catering needs etc.
* Other duties as assigned

Skills
& Qualifications:

* Minimum
of 2 years reception/office administration experience
* Mailroom experience
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Reliable and dependable
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Efficient and thorough with exceptional attention to detail
* Positive attitude in stressful situations
