Attention Co-op or Summer Interns – The candidate should be enrolled in a college diploma or B.Sc. from a recognized college or university or equivalent, and must have experience in applied biology with expertise in plant and wildlife ecology. OMNR certification in the application of Ecological Land Classification for Southern Ontario, the Ontario Wetland Evaluation System, and diplomas in ecological restoration preferred.
Consulting experience and knowledge of municipal, provincial and federal policies and regulations affecting natural heritage management is an important asset.
