Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture
• Five years experience with organic gardening practices
• Well-versed in plant care, pruning, fertilizing, soil analysis, diagnostics and integrated pest management
techniques
• Tasks range from clean-ups, cultivating, staking and planting to filling out detailed garden and horticultural reports
• Excellent communication and sales skills as our Horticulturalist will often discuss the garden with the curious clients
• G driver’s license
• All applicants must already be employable in Canada.
