Calling all foodists! The Hollyhock kitchen is hiring 1st, 2nd and 3rd cooks for the upcoming 2012 season. This is an unique opportunity to work in our beautiful ocean view kitchen. Work will begin in late May–early June and keep us creating abundant meals through late October. Applicants for 1st cook require a minimum of 3 years experience as a chef and knowledge of vegetarian style buffet service. 2nd cooks; 2 years experience & knowledge in food prep skills and cooking. 3rd cooks need a minimum 1 year in the hospitality industry. Scheduled hours are dependent upon business levels, varying in the shoulder seasons. Expect more full-time hours during the busy July/August months thru mid-Sept.
