Off-grid means that we strictly conserve energy and try to reduce our footprint. So you need to take environmental concerns seriously.
Opportunities to help with our garden, the dogs, maintenance, housekeeping and cooking — we need help from May through September, and prefer that volunteer helpers stay for 3 to 4 weeks. When not on duty, you can spend time with the dogs and enjoying the north. Experience not required. Please note that these positions are not paid/salaried — they are work-stay positions, where you help on the ranch in exchange for room and board, and a great experience. Internet access and organized outings to local attractions.
