Greenpeace is currently seeking a detail-oriented,
well organized and globally-minded individual that can work in a fast paced
environment. If that’s you, you also are fluent in English and able to work in

Working closely with the Executive Director you
would support the Board of Directors and the Strategic Leadership Team. Here’s

– Providing administrative support to the Executive
Director and assist with the overall administration of the Executive Director’s
office.

meeting etc.)

– Taking the minutes and manage meeting outcomes of
the key leadership meetings of Greenpeace.

– Providing project management support to key

– Handling external relations, as needed, on behalf
of the ED.

– Supporting the ED with her travel, public

You will possess:
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal
communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, logistical,
strategic planning and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple
projects/tasks at one time in a fast-paced, high-pressure work
environment.
- Fluency in English, proficiency in French
- Previous experience in administrative support
at an executive level.
- At least 2 years experience in a non-profit
organization with a board of directors.
- Strong computer skills and social media
fluency
- A knowledge and passion for environment and
social justice issues; knowledge of Greenpeace’s values, mission and
overall objectives.
