Summary of Required Tasks
Purpose of the contract is to centralize, coordinate and ensure
consistency of administrative tasks and serve as key contact for our
camp. It will ensure that both internal and external compliance
obligations are met, and, in conjunction with others, it will promote
camp with the goal of increasing enrollment and assist in guiding
improvements to programs and facilities.
In this work you will:
• Coordinate, centralize and ensure consistency of administrative functions
• Assist with registration
• Assist in developing human resources for camp
• Assist in publicity and marketing
Qualifications/Skills
• Able to lead and coordinate concurrent administrative projects and
liaise with multiple parties to achieve successful outcomes
• Able to set objectives to complete tasks within tight timeframes
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills and the
ability to manage issues
• Excellent oral communication skills to respond to issues and provide
recommendations
• Good written communication skills to write reports, correspondence
and presentation materials
• Excellent collaborative interpersonal skills to support camp
directors, interact with campers/parents and work with other committee
members
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer applications for camp
administration and office management, with an emphasis on word
processing and spreadsheets
Rate of Pay: $16 – $20 per hour
