Need one or two assistants for mid-April to early July, with a
possibility for a couple short term volunteers from mid-June until
early July.
The work includes daily observations a
nd live trapping and handling of
Columbian ground squirrels about 1.5 hours south-west of Calgary.
Food and board will be paid, and rides can be arranged if necessary.
Accommodations are provided at the R. B. Miller Station. Please be
aware the station and the field site are remote, work hours are
determined by the animals and therefore can be long and irregular, and
work is performed in all weather conditions.
