developed and constructed over 50 MW of solar on more than 100
rooftops under Ontario’s FIT Program.

Our dynamic team is comprised of over 50 engineers, project managers,
site supervisors and construction laborers. When you choose to work

We’re looking for: Project Development Coordinator

Type of Employment: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Start date: August 1, 2015

Compensation: To be determined

Duties: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but
are by no means limited to the following:
• Coordinating project development initiatives with clients,
municipalities, Co-op and Aboriginal groups and OSP team members –
Including FIT Contract management, utility connection agreements,
other legal documentation and project components
• Relaying key project information and progress to clients, partners,
OSP management
• Event planning and marketing dutieS
• Interacting with Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO)
• Reading, understanding and relaying regulatory requirements
• Monitoring of Feed-in Tariff program changes and developments
• Information gathering
• Monitoring of regulatory developments relevant to OSP’s business activities
• Some administrative tasks
• General research and business activities

Qualifications:
• University or College degree
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to
high quality work
• Excellent communication skills – oral, written, proof reading
• Knowledge of MS office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities effectively and
problem solve
• Event planning and marketing experience an asset
• Friendly and professional manner and appearance
• Work effectively in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to
interact with staff at all levels and a wide range of
individuals/communities/organizations.
