We
are currently seeking a Marketing & Sales Associate. Due to the way
our business runs, here is an overview of hours:

Up
to mid-July (15-20 hours per week)
From
mid-July to mid-September (30 – 35 hours per week)
From
mid-September ( 15 – 20 hours per week)

Primary
Responsibilities:

Working
together with the Marketing Manager on creating a Master Marketing Plan
Identifying
opportunities for improvement/expansion on Fenigo’s marketing activities
Managing
Wholesale Accounts (Making Telephone Calls, Preparing Orders, etc.)
Managing
social media accounts and engaging with the online community through
Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other platforms
Coordinate
blog editing, posting, and online promotion
Creating
and publishing monthly newsletters by using an online marketing platform
Working
on creating trade show booth material
Working
with a graphic designer to create marketing brochures and various sales
material

Secondary
Responsibilities (during our busy season):

Pick,
Pack & Ship online Orders with great accuracy
Serve
retail customers and process money transactions with great care
Help
with general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

At
least 1 year Experience in Marketing or working towards a degree in
Business/Marketing
Fluency
in English
Passionate
about litter-less lunches
Superb
attention to detail is extremely important
Able
to work in a high pace environment independently and in teams
Able
to switch between a number of tasks frequently
Excellent
written and spoken communication skills
