Major Duties and Responsibilities :-
• Responsible for following engineering functions: Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Test Engineering and Test Development.
• Formulate engineering and manufacturing strategies to support current and new businesses.
• Direct staff to solve technical problems by employing engineering methodology and advanced technologies, and often with statistical analysis
• Drive for cost reduction through manufacturing process and productivity improvement
• Develop and implement best manufacturing practices
• Improve product quality level to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strengthen organization through resource development
Qualifications :-
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experiences in Engineering function with more than 7 years at the management level.
• Experience in EMS and Printed Circuit Board Assembly is preferable.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Good communication skill in English is a must.

The successful candidates must be a qualified person with a proven track record of success within a similar type role in electronics industries. Having a strong business knowledge, management skills, an ability to work independently, self-driven professional, focused on delivering targeted results.
