The Client:
Our Client is a Financial Services organisation and is currently looking for a HR Administrator for a permanent role.

Job Responsibilities
• Provision of high volume HR administrative support on a day to day basis to management and employees across a broad range of HR processes
• Preparation and follow up of HR related documentation
• Entry of data into HR systems ensuring records are maintained up to date, accurate, and in compliance with relevant legislation
• Other ad-hoc administrative assignments as they arise

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field with a qualification in or working towards a qualification in HR.
• 1-2 Years experience in a HR environment.
• Must have SAP experience
• Ability to deal with sensitive issues and dealing with confidential information.
• The candidate will be flexible and dependable with an excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent consultative, problem solving, team working and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
