Six Figure Base Salary plus commission
Our client is an award
winning organisation that has been recently voted employer of choice. They are
a dominant player in the HR Outsourcing/Payroll/OHS/Legal solutions space. As
part of their continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager to join their Sydney Team.
In this role, your
main responsibility will be to target HR across a wide array of vertical
markets; you will focus on building on-going credible relationships and
continue to drive sales. You will receive thorough and ongoing training in
regards to legislation in the space, as well as informal on-site training from
your Manager and Director.
The ideal candidate
will come from a business development background in HR Outsourcing or Legal
Solutions and you will have had experience selling through to the HR and
C-Suite decision makers within the Corporate market
In return, you will
