to recruit Team Leaders to join our face-to-face fundraising teams.
As a Team Leader you will be wor
king out in the field in locations such as
shopping centres in around the CBD and metropolitan areas. Your role would be
to actively fundraise alongside your team, lead by example, coach and motivate
your team members whilst also creating a fun working environment.
To be great in the role, you must have:
• Team leading experience in any industry
• A great work ethic and “can do” attitude
• Personality and humour – a must!
• A desire to develop your management skills and progress your career
