Responsibilities
* Provident excellent customer service to banking customers
* Answer and log telephone calls received through public feedback hotline
* Provide prompt updates and follow-ups on outstanding banking issues
* Ensuring the company’s KPIs is achieved
Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline
* Strong command of spoken English
* Possess strong telephone etiquette with good interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shift work (8 hours per shift)
* Dynamic and fast-paced working environment
* ONLY Singaporean or Singapore PR may apply!
* Malaysians with the ability to speak excellent fluent English are WELCOME!
* Ability to speak fluent English and Chinese is an advantage but not a MUST
