firms to submit proposals (technical and financial) for the provision of a consultancy service for
architectural and detailed structural design for construction of Local

Tender document will be obtained from RALGA headquarters (procurement
office) located in Kicukiro District, Masaka Sector, Murambi cell upon
presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan
francs (10,000 Rwf) for the purchase of tender document to the Account No
040-0202399-90 of RALGA, opened at the Bank of Kigali. Site visit will
take place on 3rd May 2017 at 10am at RALGA’s office, and the tender document
will be issued thereafter.
Tender document will be obtained from RALGA headquarters (procurement

A bid Security of Five
million Rwandan francs (5,000,000 Rwf) issued by a bank or any
other reputable financial institution is required.
4. Properly bound in 3 copies (one being the original) of
technical and financial proposals must be presented separately in different
envelopes, each one bearing the names, address of the bidder, tender title and
its number being addressed to the Secretary General of RALGA on 12th May 2017 at 9am
latest. The opening of the technical proposals will take place
on the same day at 10am, RALGA conference room.
A bid Security of Five
