ABOUT THE ROLE
In this newly created role you will be responsible for the the day to day
operations of IWDA’s digital engagement across social media, websites and eDM.
This role will devise and implement creative organic and digital marketing plans
to grow IWDA’s online audience and convert them to deeper engagement. The
Digital Marketing Coordinator is a key player in the digital communication of
IWDA’s vision, purpose and values.

  • Drive digital
    engagement growth
  • Maintain
    IWDA’s website design and improve SEO performance
  • Measure,
    analyse and report on digital performance trends

SKILLS REQUIRED
You will hold a relevant qualification in digital marketing or journalism and
have proven experience working with Facebook Ad Managers and website back
end (i.e. WordPress). You will possess highly developed data analysis and
reporting skills and take a data driven and evidence based approach to your
work.  You will feel a connection to our values and keen interest in
international development, women’s rights and gender equality.
