financial advice groups. Their Practices (300 planners) serve over 60,000
clients with $10 billion in funds and more than $45 m in insurance. With
an average planning experience of over 16 years per financia

the capability and skills to assist their clients achieve all their financial
objectives in an increasingly complex environment.
The
priorities for the licensee is to ensure each of their Practices maximise the
benefits of the advice tools, use of Xplan/planning software and all other
operational aspects. And this leads to the purpose of this role. The
Practice Development Coach will identify gaps within current advice and
operational processes and ‘best practice’ and through change/ project
management, engagement and education implement and monitor appropriate
strategies. The role will work closely with the Practice Development Manager
looking after 30 Practices based in SA and WA (candidates may be based in
either state).

ideal candidate will have significant exposure to the Financial Planning
industry and this will include working with or within the Financial Planning
boutique sector, very high level Xplan expertise with Practice Management
experience highly valued. You will have strong communication, relationship
building, superior time management, change and project management skills
and possess an orientation to embrace technology.
